Big Red Rooster Flow has been recognized as one of the Top Workplaces in Chicago by the Chicago Tribune for a third year! Out of hundreds of applicants and 185 Chicagoland companies, we’re honored to be named a Top Workplace again.

The Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces program annually distinguishes outstanding companies in the Chicago area. What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that it’s based entirely on employee feedback. The survey, conducted confidentially by third-party research firm Energage, LLC, gathered insights from over 100,000 employees this year to determine the winners. We’re incredibly proud to share that 100% of Roosters participated in the survey, a testament to our team’s commitment, engagement, and belief in our workplace culture.

“This is more than an award; it’s a reflection of the culture we’ve built at Big Red Rooster Flow, a place where we strive to make every team member feel valued, empowered, and proud of the work we do,” said Kathy Dunne, Vice President of Human Resources. ”From our commitment to curiosity and ownership to the impact we make every day, this award celebrates the heart of our company: our people. When Roosters feel supported, and inspired, they bring that energy into every project, every partnership, and every solution.”

We’re honored to be featured in the Chicago Tribune magazine and to be recognized alongside other outstanding organizations. To every Rooster, thank you. You make Big Red Rooster Flow a place where great work and great culture thrive, every single day.
